Iran is a hot topic at the moment so I’ve been talking and writing about it in all sorts of places, including the BBC World Service and BBC Radio 4 Saturday Live show. My short film was featured on the Telegraph homepage and I gave an interview on Voice of America Persian (I even got to say something in Persian at the end!) And somehow I managed to find time to write this article for CNN.
Over the last few months I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at a truly diverse range of events from London’s Adventure Travel Show and the Telegraph Outdoor Show to the Dubai Traveller’s Festival and the Society of Skeptics in the USA. In April 2015 I was very honoured to give a TEDx talk in Greece, which will be online soon – so watch this space!
I made a short trip to India this year, mainly to practice yoga, but I did get waylaid by a Royal Enfield… it was bound to happen. With summer approaching I am now looking forward to the 2015 UK Adventure Travel Film Festival in August, which moves to London this year. Exciting times ahead… as ever.
As they say in Iran, Bezan Berim!
